Zero Tolerance Policy
These are not ordinary roleplay violations. This policy covers serious conduct that threatens the safety, privacy, accounts, systems, or real lives of Project Western members and the community.
Doxxing & Personal Information
Do not obtain, post, distribute, threaten to distribute, or encourage others to find private or identifying information about another person without permission. This includes addresses, phone numbers, workplaces, schools, family information, IP addresses, private accounts, or similar data.
Swatting, Threats & Real-World Intimidation
Swatting, credible threats of violence, extortion, blackmail, stalking, or attempts to intimidate someone outside of roleplay are prohibited. Jokes or threats involving emergency services or real-world harm may be treated as serious violations.
Account Theft, Phishing & Malware
Do not steal or attempt to steal accounts, passwords, tokens, authentication codes, payment information, or other credentials. Phishing links, token grabbers, malicious files, malware, or deceptive login pages are prohibited.
Harassment & Targeted Abuse
Do not organize, encourage, or participate in targeted harassment intended to follow a member outside normal server moderation or roleplay. Repeated unwanted contact, coordinated abuse, or attempts to humiliate or intimidate someone across platforms may fall under this policy.
Attacks on Project Western
Do not exploit, probe, bypass, damage, scrape protected data from, gain unauthorized access to, or intentionally interfere with Project Western systems. Security issues should be reported privately rather than tested against live services without authorization.
Ban Evasion & Assisting Violations
Do not use alternate accounts, another person's account, VPN or identity tricks to evade a community removal or restriction. Knowingly helping someone carry out a Zero Tolerance violation may result in the same level of enforcement.
Illegal or Dangerous Real-World Conduct
Project Western may act on credible evidence of serious real-world criminal conduct directed at the community, its members, or its infrastructure when that conduct creates a safety or security risk.
Enforcement
What happens after a violation?
Staff may remove or restrict an account immediately when credible evidence shows a serious safety or security violation.
Relevant messages, logs, reports, account information, or technical records may be preserved for moderation and security purposes.
Where appropriate, serious threats, attacks, or criminal conduct may be reported to Discord, hosting or service providers, platform operators, or law enforcement.
This policy may apply to conduct involving Project Western even when it occurs outside the game or outside official Project Western channels.
By participating in Project Western or submitting a department application, you are expected to follow this policy.Normal gameplay and roleplay standards are covered separately under the Server Rules.
